Tuba Vogel (Head of Backbone-HR) is looking for a highly motivated People & Talent Acquisition Manager (all genders) to join our Backbone (HR) team.

 

Your role & responsibilities

 

As a People & Talent Acquisition Manager (all genders) at Compado, working closely with the Head of Backbone, you are the driving force to build and nurture our most important asset - our team. You own the process starting by writing a job description, to signing candidates. Doing that you closely work with hiring managers of different areas of responsibilities. You are the “face of Compado” to applicants and function as an ambassador of Compado’s culture. You craft new processes and strategies in order for Compado to grow fast and effectively guaranteeing amazing candidate experience with maximum employee satisfaction.
 

We're looking for a highly motivated and driven People & Talent Acquisition Manager (all genders) who will help us shape our team, drive Compado to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

 

  • Take full ownership of the recruitment life cycle  (active sourcing and passive candidate inbound) 

  • Be the go-to person for our talent regarding all people related topics and administrative tasks

  • Manage our HR tooling landscape 

  • Own and constantly improve existing processes by making them more efficient and user-friendly. Actively lead improvement initiatives and continuously come up with ways how to become better.

  • Own the payroll process with our second People & Talent Acquisition Manager

 

Requirements

 

If the following describes you, we‘d love to hear from you:

 

  • Graduated top of your class with a minimum of a Bachelor Degree in psychology or business administration from a top-tier University

  • 3+ years experience in a people or talent acquisition function in a similar environment of a high growth startup

  • Natural ability to build and maintain relationships with your positive attitude whilst dealing with sensitive information

  • Highly analytical and comfortable around numbers

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and decision-making skills in English. German is a big plus

  • An analytical problem solver who can think both commercially and outside the box

  • Experience in active sourcing of tech/non-tech talent is a big plus
