Tuba Vogel (Head of Backbone) is searching for a Senior Finance Manager (f/m/x):

 

Role & Responsibilities

• Partner with Accounting to ensure data integrity for analysis and optimization of working capital for cash management

• Build, maintain, and improve financial reporting to measure and track results against expectations

• Management of KPI’s according to taxes and bookkeeping 

• Communicate results and trends with appropriate recommendations for action when results drift from the forecast

• Collaborate directly with stakeholders across the organization, analyzing and projecting KPIs and all facets of revenue/expense, with the objective of accurately forecasting performance and nurturing sound financial decision-making

• Manage the company's long-term financial models, including forecasting, budgeting, resource allocation, and long-range planning

 

 

Requirements

 

• Analytically strong with the attention to detail and able to draw conclusions and insights from data. A problem solver with a hands-on get things done mentality 

• Excel in a start-up environment, and excited to create new procedures and processes from scratch, and have a strong proactive entrepreneurial mindset 

• Relationship-building skills with the ability to work collaboratively in an open and cross-functional environment

• Have strong planning, project management, and execution skills and the ability to articulate where and how you have used them

• An expert in Excel, BI Tools (Tableau) and planning software

• A degree (Bachelor/ Master) in Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent and 5-7 years of experience in Accounting & Finance in a high paced Startup environment

• Business fluent in English, German is a plus
